To use a KML Network link in Google Earth you need to do the following:

1. Highlight and then copy the link (Ctrl + C or Command + C)
2. Open Google Earth
3. Click on "Add Network Link"
4. Paste the link
5. Click "Ok"
6. Double click the new network link layer to zoom to it in Google Earth.
7. Done!
